1. Terms of delivery
1.1. The products purchased in Bagi.ge online store will be delivered to the customer at the desired address by Bagi courier or subcontractor through the postal organization.
1.2. The customer will receive the delivery service free of charge, if the total cost of the order will be 30 GEL or more, and if the order value is less than 30 GEL, the cost of the delivery service will be added to the cost of the delivery service 5 GEL.
1.3. The order made in Bagi.ge online store before 16:00 on the working day will be delivered to the customers in Tbilisi and its surroundings on the next working day, and the orders made after 16:00 or on non-working day - no later than 2 working days.
1.4. Delivery to the regions will be made within 3 working days.

2. Return Policy
2.1. The user is entitled to return the item purchased on bagi.ge if the preconditions provided for in this paragraph appear, and in return, by his own choice, either return the amount paid for such item or receive a new product in return.
2.2. If the purchased product was ordered in violation of the delivery time indicated on the website, the customer is authorized to refuse to accept it and to register it with the courier.
2.3. Otherwise, within 3 calendar days after receiving the product, customers have the right to request its return in one of the following cases:
2.3.1. The product does not match the order;
2.3.2. The product is delivered in damaged condition;
2.3.3. The product has a factory defect;
2.3.4. The product has expired;
2.4. In the event of a product being returned, we will, at the customer's choice, deliver the new product in lieu of the defective product, or refund the amount paid for such product within 10 business days of receiving the return request;
2.5. The bug reserves the right to refuse to refund the amount paid for the product if:
2.5.1. The return request is set 3 days after receiving the product;
2.5.2. More than half of the product volume is used;
2.5.3. Unscrupulous action on the part of the user is evident.
2.6. The return request must be sent via email to info@bagi.ge, which must include the returned product:
2.6.1. Order number;
2.6.2. The date of the order;
2.6.3. The date of receipt of the order;
2.6.4. Reason for return.
2.7. We may request that a picture of the returned product be sent electronically.
